FRD Chat uses WebRTC technology to establish peer-to-peer voice and video
calls directly between users' devices. As part of this process:
- Your device's IP address may be visible to the other call participant during the connection phase. This is an inherent and standard characteristic of WebRTC-based communication.
- Call signaling data (session descriptions and connection candidates) is temporarily stored in Google Cloud Firestore and is automatically and permanently deleted by our servers as soon as the call ends.
- Call duration is recorded in your call history for billing and record-keeping purposes.
